To return or exchange, please follow the steps bellow:
Sewlip is supply the return label and $8.95 will be deducted from your refund. If the return contains more than one item, an additional charge of $8.95 will be deducted per item returned. We do not take responsibility on returns shipped with your own label, or returns that were not scanned by the carrier.
All International orders are final sale.
Items must be returned and within 7 days of receiving your order. 
Package must be scanned by the shipping carrier by the 7th day.
If item is returned after 7 days it will be eligible for store credit only.
Since we offer free exchanges, If you would like to return an exchange already made the fee is $19.90. An exchange of an exchange will incur a fee of $16.95, and it is final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 
Your item must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Store Pick-up returns

Items bought online and picked up in store, will follow the in-store policy rules and only store credit will be issued. You have 7 days, from when an email is sent that your order is ready for pick-up, to make a return for exchange or store credit.

*we are not accepting return or refund for final sale products.
* No refund on sale season ONLY Store credit.
