Return Policy

At Sewlip, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a clear and easy return process.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Regular-priced items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • Returns Portal: All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our official returns portal. Requests not submitted through the portal will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping: Once approved, a prepaid return label will be provided. Items must be shipped within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Shipping Fee: A $10 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Free First Exchange or Store Credit: Your first exchange or return for store credit is free and does not include a return shipping fee. Orders placed using store credit are excluded.

Refund Processing

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for refunds to be processed once your return has been received and approved.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Returns postmarked within 7 days of delivery qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  • Returns postmarked 8–14 days after delivery are eligible for store credit only.

  • Returns sent after 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

  • Items showing signs of wear, including makeup marks, stains, odors, rips, alterations, or damage, will not be accepted.

  • Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges

  • One complimentary exchange per order is available for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for a free exchange.

  • Additional returns after an exchange will be subject to a $20 return shipping fee.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted through the returns portal and meet all eligibility requirements.

  • Once an exchange is requested, the replacement item will be reserved for 7 days and shipped after the original item is received and processed.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once your return arrives.

  • Exchanges shipped after 7 days from delivery are not eligible for free return shipping.

  • Exchanges shipped after 14 days will not be accepted.

Returning an Exchanged Item

  • Any exchanged item that is returned will incur a $20 return shipping fee.

International Orders

  • All international orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

Store Pick-Up Orders

  • Orders placed online and picked up in store follow our in-store return policy.

  • Store pick-up orders are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

  • Returns must be made within 7 days from the date you receive the email confirming your order is ready for pick-up.
